GeneSure is a software tool for Micro Array Data Reliability Analysis and Estimation of Signal Thresholds. This PC application (tested under Windows ME, 2000 and XP) helps scientists working with the microarray experiments classify their data as reliable or unreliable, using univariate and bivariate "normal mixture modeling." MeixKerEst is a software/tool with an advanced graphical user interface that estimates Volterra kernels (up to 3rd order) of nonlinear systems from single input/output data using Meixner basis function expansion technique. (Important note: You need 1024x768 or higher screen resolution to run MeixKerEst)

NcpSim (Nerve Cell Physiology Simulator) is an interactive tool with advanced graphics designed to teach nerve cell physiology. Spefically, NcpSim lets you
1. Set/display membrane properties and/or ion concentrations
2. Go through some automatically run educational simulation examples
3. Simulate current injection experiments
4. Simulate synaptic transmission at a neuro-muscular junction
5. Simulate propagation of action potential along a nerve fiber (with amazingly realistic results).

NcpSim runs under Matlab (it requires an installation of Matlab version 4 or higher in any platform: Windows, Unix/Linux or Mac-OS). To use NcpSim, download the zip file below and unzip it into a directory. Then either change/switch to that directory in Matlab or add that directory into Matlab’s search path and type “ncpsim” at Matlab’s command prompt to start.
